At Parkrun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't help you reach your personal best, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy mailing box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new gear within 5-7 business days.
